The staff was amazing. Everyone smiled and helped. Food options included different restaurants, that was nice. My kids enjoyed the aqua park and pools, and the beach was near. Good wifi covered almost every place in the resort.
I feel some areas look a little worn. The buildings needs a bit of maintenance.

the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. the pool staff were kind enough to let us use free floaters for our toddler for two days. the food was above average. I loved having options since the hotel connects to two others, giving us choices.
the wifi service was almost non existent. the staff was not helpful and shared little to no information about activities. upon arrival we asked for towels, the staff asked if i could wait.
